Away from the noise and into an evening of intentional rest. Sound & Stillness is an immersive sound therapy experience designed to invite the body to slow down, soften, and settle. Through layers of crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound, and intentional moments of stillness, guests are guided into a deeply restful environment where there is nothing to accomplish and nowhere else to be.
Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself the space to simply receive.

Sound Bath Experience
Join us for an evening of grounding, stillness, and deep relaxation at Lion & The Hare.
We’ll begin the evening with loose-leaf tea and intentional grounding before settling into a restorative sound healing experience designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you back to yourself.
Through crystal singing bowls and immersive sound frequencies, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can soften, release, and reset.
