My work is rooted in the belief that the body already holds the intelligence to find balance. When given the right environment — one of safety, presence, and gentle support — it naturally knows how to soften, regulate, and restore.

My Approach:

I came to sound healing through a deep respect for nervous system awareness, embodiment, and the body’s natural rhythms. Over time, sound became a powerful way to create space for stillness and release — without force, effort, or expectation.

Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, each session offers an opportunity to settle into deep relaxation and allow the body and mind to respond in their own way.

What to Expect

Every session is held with intention, care, and attunement. Rather than guiding toward a specific outcome, I focus on creating a grounded, supportive environment where sound and vibration can gently support relaxation, clarity, and balance.

Each experience is unique. Some people notice a sense of calm, others experience emotional release, physical sensations, or renewed focus. There is no right way to experience sound healing — only your way.
